As a small luxury glamping site we offer considerable spacing between each of our self-contained yurts and facilities, and we take our COVID-19 responsibilities extremely seriously.

• The yurt doors will be kept open on changeovers to assist with ventilation wherever possible.

• An enhanced cleaning schedule will be undertaken after guests depart, including all key touch points.

• All laundry is washed at a temperature which guarantees elimination of any potential trace of COVID-19.

• Each yurt will have hand sanitisers for guests to use throughout their visit.

 

If you need to alter your booking, either due to Government guidelines changes or if you are having to self-isolate, you can move your reservation within 48 hours of your chosen date, to any future available date within 12 months of the original booking at no extra charge. If no suitable dates are available, a full refund will be paid.
